This website belongs to Screens to Signs, a service of JM Marketing, Malvern, Arkansas.

What the contact form collects

When you send the quote form on the Contact page, it collects your answers to its questions, in the order they appear: whether the screens will be indoors or outdoors; how many screens and how many locations; whether you already have the screens; what you would like on them (and what else, if you choose Something else); who will keep the screens up to date, and how often they would need changing; whether you would be open to adverts from other local businesses on your screens; your name, business name, email address and phone number; how you would like to be contacted; your type of business (and what kind, if you choose Something else) and your town and state; whether there is internet where the screens would go; when you would like it running; how you heard about Screens to Signs; and anything else you write in the last box. It also records your internet (IP) address and browser details.

Each request is saved on the server that runs this website, in the form’s list of entries, and a copy is sent by email to JM Marketing at jm@jeffmcdanielmarketing.com.

Requests are not deleted automatically. They are kept for as long as they are needed to answer you and look after any service you take, and you can ask for yours to be deleted at any time (see Your choices below).

What it is used for

Only to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide your service. It is not sold, rented or given to anyone else for their marketing.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run Google Analytics or anything like it. The contact form uses a small script on this site to check that it was sent from a real browser. If you log in to the site (staff only), WordPress sets login cookies.

Server logs

Like most websites, the server keeps a log of requests (IP address, the page asked for, browser and time) for security and to fix problems. These logs are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Other companies

The quote form on the Contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA to keep out spam robots. While that page is open, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies; Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms (https://policies.google.com/terms) apply. Apart from that, the pages on this site do not load anything from other companies’ servers. Links to other websites are covered by those sites’ own policies.

To ask what is held about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email jm@jeffmcdanielmarketing.com or call 662-422-1809.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
